  6.       This command allows you to change various information about your
  7.       account such as your password.

  11.       This command allows you to change your own user information. Based
  12.       on how the Disable Full Record Updating option was answered in
  13.       PCBSetup, certain questions may not be updated via this command.
  14.       The following lists each question which will be asked depending on
  15.       how the SysOp has configured the system.  You will get asked one of
  16.       two sets of questions.
